Terms and Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online shop at guardiansofthefuture.co.uk (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital music downloads (the “Products”) offered by Guardians of the Future (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Website, placing an order, or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

1.1 The Website is operated by Guardians of the Future, a UK-based entity specialising in sacred vibrational architecture through music, art, and related content. 1.2 These Terms apply to all purchases of digital Products from the shop section of the Website. 1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 To purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. 2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by providing access to the download link(s). 2.3 Prices are as displayed on the Website, in GBP, and include any applicable VAT where required. 2.4 Payment is processed securely via our payment provider at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed on the checkout page. 2.5 Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Product(s).

3. Digital Products and Delivery

3.1 Products are digital music files (e.g., MP3, WAV, or similar formats) delivered instantly via download link after payment. 3.2 Download links are typically valid for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) and allow a limited number of downloads (e.g., 3 attempts). It is your responsibility to download and backup the files promptly. 3.3 We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets any specified requirements.

4. Right to Cancel and Refunds

4.1 As the Products are digital content supplied immediately upon your request and with your explicit consent that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, you do not have a statutory right to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the download or access has commenced. 4.2 By placing an order, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel. 4.3 In exceptional circumstances (e.g., faulty file that cannot be resolved), we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. 4.4 All sales are otherwise final, with no refunds for change of mind.

5. Licence and Intellectual Property

5.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal licence to download, store, and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only. 5.2 You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, sub-licence, rent, share, or publicly perform the Product;
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Product;
  • Upload or share the Product on any file-sharing platform, streaming service, or public network;
  • Use the Product for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. 5.3 All intellectual property rights in the Products (including copyright in the music, artwork, and recordings) remain with Guardians of the Future or our licensors. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Liability

6.1 The Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. 6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Products or Website. 6.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Product. 6.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Website or upon request). 7.2 We comply with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
